Warranty Policy
Warranty coverage begins on the original delivery date of the order.
We take pride in the quality of our products and provide a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date the order is delivered.
Warranty Coverage Includes:
- Defects related to materials or manufacturing
- Failures occurring during normal intended use
- Coverage valid only for the original purchaser
Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Incorrect installation or improper use
- Damage caused by crashes, impacts, or accidents
- Modified or altered products
- Regular wear and aging from normal use
- Cosmetic marks or imperfections that do not affect performance
- Fading or wear of anodized finishes on aluminum components due to sweat, moisture, cleaning products, UV exposure, salt, or aggressive environmental conditions
- Compatibility problems resulting from incorrect product selection
- Secondhand products or items purchased from unauthorized sellers
Products designed for racing, off-road, or performance use may be subjected to increased wear and stress and therefore require regular inspection by the user.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim:
To request a warranty claim, please contact us with:
- your order number,
- clear photos of the product,
- photos showing the installation,
- and a short explanation of the issue.
Additional information or product inspection may be required before a claim can be approved.
Warranty evaluation may take up to 7 business days after all required information has been received.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to warranty claims unless agreed otherwise.
Approved claims may be resolved through repair, replacement, or store credit depending on the situation.
Warranty claims do not qualify for cash refunds.
Lost Shipments:
In the event of a lost shipment, we provide a 100% refund once the loss has been officially confirmed by the shipping carrier.
If the buyer reports that a package has been lost, we will contact the shipping provider and initiate a claim/investigation process. Resolution time depends on the response timeframe and procedures of the shipping carrier handling the case.
Refunds for lost shipments can only be issued after the carrier confirms that the package has been lost.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, including labor costs, installation costs, downtime, personal injury, or damage to other equipment.
We reserve the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
We reserve the right to update or modify this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
