Shipping policy

All items are produced on demand. Typical processing lead times are estimated at between two (2) and five (5) business days; however, these timelines are indicative only and may vary depending on workload, complexity of the order, or unforeseen circumstances.

Estimated delivery times (as communicated at checkout or via carriers) are likewise approximate. While we endeavor to meet these timelines, the seller does not accept liability for delays caused by shipping companies, customs authorities, or other third-party intermediaries.

Depending on the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges collected by local authorities or shipping carriers.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer at the moment the shipment is delivered by the seller into the custody of the carrier. Any claims for damage or non-delivery must be pursued directly with the shipping provider. The seller may, at its discretion, assist in the claims process but shall not bear ultimate responsibility.
